4. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the services we provide. However, our refund policy is as follows:
- No Refunds Once Work Begins: If work has already started on your trademark application (e.g., trademark search or preparation of the application), we cannot offer a refund.
- Partial Refunds: If you request a refund before any work has begun, a partial refund may be issued after deducting any processing or administrative fees.
- Trademark Application Submission: Once a trademark application is submitted to the USPTO, no refunds will be provided. This includes fees paid to third parties, such as government filing fees.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days after payment. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any eligible refund will be processed within 07 days of approval.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of TM Facilitation and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from TM Facilitation.
